I think we’re gonna do nothing but watch movies tonight. Which is fine, we need to watch some of Netflix videos and get them back so we can get more. I was supposed to cook tonight, but I wasn’t feeling too well. So, we headed out. Much easier.
One of my former students was killed earlier this week. He was going to be a sophomore here. He was home for summer vacation. He was a passenger in a car, and all four people in the car died. I don’t know the details, but I can’t imagine how mangled the car was. So sad. So young. You just never know. I stared at this picture in the paper tonight. It’s hard to believe. How quickly things happen – one minute you’re here, and the next….
